Vincenzo Segnale (aka Vinny)
Company Director
Vinny has been blessed with a meticulous, detail-orientated, and highly analytical brain. He’s known for coming up with 10 plausible solutions for every recruitment problem and for making complex placements in record time — his mind literally works at 1,000 miles an hour. Vinny holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Management and Governance and he has over 5 years recruitment experience, having worked in the finance and then the compliance department before succeeding as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
His network in Italy and Europe – within the Automotive, Motorsport, and Aviation sectors – is unrivalled.

Alex is known for his relentless work ethic, quick thinking, inquisitive nature, and problem-solving abilities. Alex’s approach is personable, which allows him to get to know you, your challenges, and motivations on a very deep level. He has a BSc in Economics and crucial experience in hospitality, events, marketing, sales, and customer service. Alex has access to a global pool of talent in the marine and renewable industries and boasts a proven
track record in delivering contract and permanent recruitment solutions in complex legislative environments across the EU and beyond. He prides himself on being straight-forward, fair, and easy to get along with.
