This is the chance to not only join a leading Superyacht Tender boatbuilder, but you can rest assured that you will make a difference. Their hierarchy is so flat, it makes The Netherlands look like The Alps. They expect you to contribute to the growth of the business and no idea is too crazy.
There are plenty of opportunities to climb the ladder internally (all the way up to senior management) they will invest in you, whether that’s training & development or day-to-day mentoring, as you will be working very closely with the CEO & CCO.
They truly are international, with a team of skilled workers from all over the globe working at their state-of-the-art shipyard, from design to end product, they take care of the whole project lifecycle. I don’t think you’ve ever seen a composite laboratory like theirs!
You will be kept on your toes, so we need someone with a passion for the marine industry whether it’s working on luxury new builds, refits or powerful defence projects, you will never get bored. They need you to think quickly and creatively to come up with “out of the box” solutions for any engineering issues that may arise.
They are constantly innovating and have even developed their very own composite technology.
The job will involve some traveling, but you will mainly be based on-site. However, expect to attend tradeshows like Monaco Yacht Show, Dusseldorf Boot, and finally you will be taking care of sea trials.
