Recrewit is currently looking for a Production Director for one of our clients based in Europe.

We are assisting a prestigious composite manufacture with ambitious plans for 2021, which is currently on the lookout of an individual with extensive experience within the composite industry – preferably within an Automotive environment – and who is capable of managing about 100 people.

The selected candidate will be a self starter, with strong leadership skills, 10-15 years experience in production and who is willing to lead and restructure a team, which should be growing by 20-30% over the next 2 to 3 years.
