How often do you dream of starting your own business? In #Palma de Mallorca? Working on Superyachts?

What’s stopping you? Is it, having to start from scratch? Building a brand? Doing everything yourself? Maybe you have a family and it’s too risky?

This company is known for its Electrical Engineering expertise, when they walk onto a #Superyacht, everybody listens. They are well established and have a fleet of over 500 yachts with their own unique electrical systems. They used to focus on new build projects but they have seen a massive opportunity in the Superyacht #Refit market in Palma, however, this is not their only location. With a marketing campaign in the pipeline, the sales numbers are only expected to grow.

So, you don’t need to build a brand or start from scratch, and they all work as a team so no need to worry about not having the support necessary to succeed. Now, I’ll tell you what’s in it for you:

They are offering a clear professional development plan set from the start. Expect to receive training, as the company grows, so will your package. They pay overtime at minimum x1.2 and a maximum of x1.6, sick pay is 100% of your salary. You will also be a part of the management team and your opinion will be valued when growing the business.

That’s for you, in exchange, they want somebody that can manage projects of an average €500K budget and the internal team of 5 (4 Technical 1 admin), part of the role will involve sales, so expect fancy seaside lunches. You will be expected to work on several projects at once so organization and clear communication is a must.
